Important Note about Season Uniforms

Once you have completed your registration, please indicate your child's top three preferred jersey numbers. A member of our staff will let you know which of the three numbers is available to you. Once confirmed, please head to our website Playmaker U Team Store to place your uniform order. Uniforms typically take 3 - 4 weeks from the date of your order due to personalization and shipping.
